What documents are required for the application?
We ask for your CV and relevant references. Other documents are welcome but optional.

I can't find a suitable vacancy for me, can I still apply?
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Our experience has shown that embarking on a new role without any fiduciary experience at all is very challenging for both parties. However, we do not perform open-heart surgery. Those who have curiosity, the will to learn, perseverance and a portion of courage will be supported by our team to grow into the role of a fiduciary expert.

How does an initial interview work?
The first interview is conducted with one of the ABACONS partners by telephone or video conference. We stand for open and direct communication and address the most important points of our possible cooperation already during the first contact. Be prepared for questions about your qualifications, experience and motivation.

What preparations are useful for getting to know each other in person?
The personal meeting offers the opportunity for in-depth discussions and is conducted by the two ABACONS partners. This is followed by a further interview with at least one member of staff.

Are there opportunities for internships, apprenticeships or student traineeships?
No, we do not currently offer internships, apprenticeships or student traineeships.

How long does the whole application process take?
The duration may vary, depending on the position and the number of applicants. However, we strive to complete the process quickly.

How is the application status notified?
You will receive a prompt response from us by e-mail. Please check your inbox regularly, including the spam folder.

Are the application documents returned at the end of the process?
No, we keep the application documents for organisational reasons. However, they will be treated confidentially and deleted one month after notification of the rejection decision if no other legitimate interests or contractual obligations prevent deletion.
