How to create added value

As a Junior Trustee, you'll have a clear understanding of your clients' needs and their businesses. You'll be in direct contact with your clients, providing comprehensive support across all classic trust matters. Wherever you need support, experienced mandate leaders are at your side. Together with the training to become a certified trustee, your real-world experience in the trust business, and the digital skills taught internally, you will continuously develop and become a "Trusted Advisor" for your clients. You communicate openly and on equal terms. This is trust work that's enjoyable yet precise, and it's a stage where you'll feel at home.

That makes you the ideal candidate

You possess a solid commercial education.
Two years of experience in a trust/service company.
You have already started the training for the trustee certification or plan to start it.
Excellent organizational skills, quick learning ability, and high concentration.
Your digital affinity sets you apart, and you're comfortable communicating in both German and English.
You have a strong orientation towards service and are motivated to actively contribute to the development of our trust boutique.
